Khloe Kardashian Admits She’s ‘Very Vain’ While Discussing Aging: ‘I Want to Look a Certain Way’

Khloé Kardashian doesn’t care about getting old, as long as she can look as good as she does now.

The Good American founder opened up about aging during the Wednesday, January 7, episode of her Khloé in Wonder Land podcast.

“As soon as I can be frozen and preserved, sign me up,” Kardashian, 41, said. “I mean, I don’t mind my number. Like I do not care about aging when it comes to the digits. I can be 104. If I look like this and I’m great. I don’t care what that number says. It’s more aesthetically. I am very vain and I want to look a certain way and I have no problem saying that.”

The youngest Kardashian sister has undergone a major transformation over the years, beginning after her split from ex-husband Lamar Odom.

After finding a passion for working out and a healthy lifestyle, she penned a memoir titled Strong Looks Better Naked in 2015, and launched her E! series, Revenge Body With Khloe Kardashian, two years later

“When I was bigger, if they had Ozempic, I probably would have tried it because I tried any other thing,” the reality star said in a Season 5 episode of her family’s reality show. “I tried any fad weight loss trend, except for the real thing that actually works and that’s a lifestyle change.”

After a plastic surgeon speculated about which cosmetic procedures Kardashian had undergone in a June 2025 Instagram video, the mom of two responded in the comments with a detailed list of her plastic surgery past.

“I take this as a great compliment,” Kardashian wrote, before listing a nose job, laser hair removal, Botox and sculptra, “soft wave laser for skin tightening,” filler in the past, collagen baby threads and more.
