On Friday, March 27, Spears, 44, shared two videos to Instagram that featured herself and her 19-year-old son, Jayden.
“Thank you guys for all your support,” the “Toxic” singer wrote alongside one of the clips. “Spending time with family and friends is such a blessing !!! Stay kind !!!”
In the Instagram Reels, Spears bounced around happily behind Jayden, but at one point, she shouted, “Naughty little sister and a mama too!” before pretending to thrust her hips toward him.
The Crossroads star wore a cream colored lacy crop top that she paired with denim cutoffs. Her hair was in beachy waves, down around her shoulders. Jayden wore a long tan trench coat over a white T-shirt and black pants.
“This was an unfortunate incident that is completely inexcusable. Britney is going to take the right steps and comply with the law and hopefully this can be the first step in long overdue change that needs to occur in Britney’s life,” the rep told Star at the time. “Hopefully, she can get the help and support she needs during this difficult time.”
“Her boys are going to be spending time with her,” added the rep. “Her loved ones are going to come up with an overdue needed plan to set her up for success for well being.”
Earlier this month, a source told Star that Spears — who also shares son Sean, 20, with ex Kevin Federline — was “totally relying” on Jayden after her arrest.
“He’s become a huge emotional support for her and [is] doing things for her that her assistants usually do like running errands,” the source revealed at the time, adding that Jayden “does it all with a great attitude” too. “He’s a very compassionate kid. It’s actually quite remarkable.”
The source said it was “clear” that Jayden “cares about her deeply” and that he feels like “he owes it to her [to] try and help.”
“He wants his mom at her best and everyone can see how much it helps her to have him there,” the source added.
