Reese Witherspoon and Boyfriend Oliver Haarmann Will Become a ‘Billion-Dollar Couple’ When They Wed

Third time’s the charm? Reese Witherspoon may soon be walking down the aisle with boyfriend Oliver Haarmann.

“She’s taken things very slow with him but at this point, everyone in her orbit is saying that it’s only a matter of time before they’re engaged,” spills a source. “She’s crazy about him.”

As Star previously reported, the twice-divorced actress, 50, made her red carpet debut with the private equity financier, 58, at the New York City premiere of the Legally Blonde prequel series, Elle, on June 23.

“It’s huge that she took him as her date to the premiere and posed on the red carpet,” the source reveals. “She’d never have done that if she wasn’t incredibly serious about him.”

After all, “Reese is very intentional when it comes to what she puts out there for public consumption,” notes the source. “This is pretty much her saying to the world that he’s the one.”

Witherspoon began dating Haarmann in 2024, shortly after she split from ex-husband Jim Toth, with whom she shares son Tennessee, 13. (She also shares daughter Ava, 26, and son Deacon, 22, with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe.)

“He checks so many boxes for her, but there’s no doubt his intelligence and success is a factor,” Star‘s source says of the German financier, who is worth an estimated $440 million, according to the Daily Mail.

Witherspoon — who has amassed a $400 million fortune herself, per Fortune — “wants a man who can keep up and Oliver definitely can,” dishes the source. “He’s worth just as much as she is so when they get married they’re literally going to be a billion-dollar couple.”
