Adam Sandler’s Daughter Sadie Shines as Both the Star and Producer of ‘Roommates’
Sadie Sandler and Chloe East star in Roommates, a relatable Netflix college comedy about two opposites whose wild friendship spirals out of control.
Opposites attract, until they repel — and that’s what happens to shy college freshman Devon (Sadie Sandler, daughter of Adam, who produced). At first she loves her wild and crazy but boundary-challenged new roommate Celeste (Chloe East), who helps her navigate college milestones — new friendships, fake IDS, drunken escapades, frat parties, hangovers… but it slowly begins to dawn on Devon that Celeste is Way. Too. Much.
Their relationship finally goes completely south at a karaoke bar on spring break. This zany but very relatable romp proves the Sandler comedy genes have been passed down to a new generation.
