Real Housewives of New York star Kristen Taekman’s husband, Josh Taekman, is the latest public figure exposed in the Ashley Madison hacking scandal.

On August 24, he admitted to signing up for the salacious service, which allows husbands to cheat on their wives and vice versa, saying in a statement “I signed up for the site foolishly and ignorantly with a group of friends and I deeply apologize for any embarrassment or pain I have brought to my wife and family. We both look forward to moving past this and getting on with our lives.”

However, what his statement didn’t address is that he reportedly made 62 paid transactions under the alias Mr_Big_NYC! Fans of the show may not be surprised by his behavior considering that season 6 featured the couple’s constant bickering, and in the premier Kristen called his attempts to thank her for being a great wife “fake and phony.” He’s also made it clear that he would rather be working than parenting while the two attended a physical therapy class for their 3-year-old daughter, Kingsley.

Kristen, whose past Real Housewives drama includes a nasty face-off with Ramona Singer when the Pinot Grigio-swilling co-star called her “dumb” and her season-long feud with Bethenny Frankel, has responded to the scandal on Instagram: She posted a snap of her back turned to the camera with the caption reading, “Thank you all so much for your kind words and support.”
The season 7 finale just aired, but fans will surely be looking forward to watching Josh’s infidelity drama play out in season 8!
