The troubled reality star was then nabbed at Target’s Sepulveda Boulevard location in Van Nuys, Calif. on August 2, trying to leave the store with hundreds of dollars worth unpaid merchandise. “Kim has sunk pretty low,” a friend tells Star. “Everyone is hoping that this is it, that she hit rock bottom.”
