Pete Davidson is already “worried” about providing for his growing family, according to a new report.
“He’s blown a ton of money, and it isn’t coming in like it used to,” an insider told The Sun of the comedian, who is expecting his first child with model girlfriend Elsie Hewitt, 29.
To make matters worse, Davidson, 31, is “struggling” to sell his $1.2 million Staten Island, New York, condo, which has been on the market since 2022, the outlet reported.
The Pickup star, who has an estimated net worth of $4 million, also shelled out a lot of cash renovating the Staten Island home he bought for his mom, Amy, in 2017, added the insider: “It’s been a big drain.”
However, a source close to Davidson insists to Star there’s no cause for alarm. “Thankfully, the truth is that this is one of the busiest times of his career between multiple hit films, brand deals and stand up,” says the source. “There are a lot of folks who want to be in the Pete Davidson business, he’s doing just fine.”

Davidson and Hewitt, who took their romance public in March, began living together — splitting time between his rented Brooklyn brownstone and his upstate New York house — earlier this year, TMZ reported in April.
As Star previously reported, the Saturday Night Live alum is well aware that “it’s time to be responsible,” explained a source, “and he’s up for the challenge.”
Having lost his father in the September 11 attacks at age 7, Davidson told Kevin Hart in 2022 that his “dream” was to become a dad himself.
“My favorite thing ever, which I’m yet to achieve, is I wanna have a kid,” Davidson said on Hart to Hart.
“I’m so excited for that chapter,” he added, “so that’s kind of what I’m just preparing for now, is trying to be like good as a dude and develop and get better so when that happens it’s just easier.”
