The Real Housewives of New York City star Luann de Lesseps narrowly avoided heading back to jail. She was originally ordered back to jail on May 23 after a judge ruled that she had violated her parole. According to CBS 12, Luann, 54, was originally ordered back into custody because of alleged parole violations during a court hearing on May 23 in West Palm Beach.

The judge said she wasn’t taking probation seriously. She had a positive alcohol test and wasn’t attending meetings.

Now, she has new conditions she needs to meet to stay out of prison. According to RadarOnline.com, she’ll have “weekly telephone counseling sessions with her treating psychiatrist” and in-person sessions once a month.

She also has to take Antabuse sobriety medication prescribed by a doctor and maintain a breathalyzer monitoring device.

The RHONY star was arrested in December 2017 on charges of disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest and battery on a law enforcement officer. She pled guilty to a lesser charge last year.
