Carrie Underwood is still hiding her face after a gruesome fall back in November, which she recently admitted to fans, resulted in 40-50 stitches in her face and a broken wrist.

On Sunday, the country singer shared an Instagram picture, which featured her son Isaiah, two and husband Mike Fisher exercising, however her face was purposefully hidden as the star turned away from the camera.

The last time the 34-year-old singer was caught working out, she was photographed alongside Below Deck star Adrienne Gang who said she “didn’t notice anything amiss on her face,” and she looked “lovely,” despite Carrie warning fans that she “might look a bit different.”
