Olivia Rodrigo’s Ex Louis Partridge Was ‘Spooked’ By How Serious Their Romance Got Before Split
Olivia Rodrigo and Louis Partridge have split after two years together. “They had a great thing going,” says a source. “But ultimately their careers made things tough.”
The “Drivers License” singer and the House of Guinness star, both 22, had been reliable purveyors of PDA, and as recently as September, Louis told Variety the couple were “very happy,” adding, “All is good in our world.”
Just months later, however, Olivia was reportedly in tears at Lily Allen’s holiday party, apparently distraught over the relationship’s breakdown. “She’s trying to stay strong but it’s been a rough few weeks,” says the source. “They’re both so young, and getting tied down at this stage seems to have spooked Louis. No one’s ruling out a reunion down the line, but for now they need to be apart.”
