Jessica Alba brought purpose and poise to Instagram this week, marking 10 years of Latina Equal Pay Day with a powerful message and a fresh set of photos.
The 44-year-old actress and entrepreneur, who’s best known for Fantastic Four and her billion-dollar venture The Honest Company, posted a series of images on Wednesday, October 8, highlighting pay inequality for Latina women.
In the shots, Alba wears a white T-shirt featuring an illustration of a woman holding a megaphone with the words, “10 Años de Lucha… and you still owe us.” She paired the look with dark leggings and minimal makeup, letting the statement tee do the talking.

Her caption read:
“Today marks 10 years of #LatinaEqualPay Day — the day that represents how far into 2025 Latinas must work to earn what white, non-Hispanic men made last year. And yet, Latinas are still paid just 54¢ for every $1 earned by white, non-Hispanic men – a gap that widens even more for immigrant, rural, and Central American women,” she captioned the post.
“This isn’t just about numbers – it’s about narrative change, accountability, and economic justice. The pay gap harms Latinas, their families, and entire communities. We can’t – and shouldn’t – have to wait any longer to be paid fully and fairly. It’s time. ✊🏽,”she continued, before urging her followers to “take action.”

The post comes just days after Alba went viral, on Instagram, for a sleek gym mirror selfie, showing off her all-black workout fit and natural glow.
It’s a reminder that she can effortlessly balance activism, business and style in one scroll-stopping week.
