Jessica Alba’s Ex Cash Warren Speaks Out as Her Romance With Danny Ramirez Heats Up

Jessica Alba’s soon-to-be ex-husband, Cash Warren, said that he is “happy” for her as she moves on romantically with Marvel star Danny Ramirez.

Warren, 46, was approached by photogs at LAX on Wednesday, July 30, and asked about her new relationship, revealing that he wishes her the best post-split in a video obtained by TMZ.

“I don’t know him, but he seems like a good guy,” the former film producer and entrepreneur commented about Ramirez, 32.

When asked if he’s back in the dating pool himself, Warren flashed a smile and quipped, “No. Let me know if you got anybody.”

The exes went public with their separation after 16 years of marriage back in January, noting that their kids Honor, 16, Haven, 13, and Hayes, 7, would remain their “highest priority” going forward.

“I’m proud of how we’ve grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals,” Alba, 44, wrote in her statement via Instagram at the time. “We are moving forward with love and kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family.”

After her announcement, the Honey actress submitted docs to legally end their union in Los Angeles County court the following month, citing “irreconcilable differences,” per People.

She listed their date of separation as Dec. 27, 2024 and filed for joint custody of their kids while also requesting for her legal name to be restored to Jessica Marie Alba.

Warren and Alba eloped at a Beverly Hills courthouse back in May 2008, welcoming their first daughter less than a month later.

It seems she has Warren’s support now that her romance is heating up with Ramirez.

The Honest Company founder was all smiles when she was spotted out and about with her new flame this week, packing on PDA outside the Beverly Glen Deli in Beverly Hills. Alba and Ramirez both sported dark blue tops with jeans and baseball caps in flirty photos published by the Daily Mail.

Romance rumors swirled earlier this month when she and the Top Gun: Maverick star were seen enjoying a fun-filled getaway to Cancún, Mexico together.

As Star previously reported, Alba’s romance with Ramirez came on the heels of a source revealing that Hollywood bachelors Ben Affleck and Orlando Bloom were interested in her.

Though it seems the actress only has eyes for Ramirez: “After all these years of being with someone her own age, Danny makes her feel confident,” a source told Star. “He lets her call the shots. They’re having so much fun together.”
