Ellen DeGeneres Shows Off English House She Shares with Wife Portia de Rossi After Fleeing U.S.

Ellen DeGeneres gave an inadvertent tour of the country home she shares with wife Portia de Rossi in England’s Cotswolds on Instagram on Monday, October 20.

“We’ve all been sad since losing Augie. Sport has brought so much joy into the house and it makes us so happy to see Kid play again, even though he has a very unique style of play,” the former talk show host, 67, captioned a video of her dogs chasing each other around her living room as she and de Rossi, 52, giggle.

The expansive area boasts multiple seating areas and a large dining table and built-in bar area, along with floor-to-ceiling windows, which provide panoramic views of rolling hills.

As Star previously reported, the Arrested Development actress, 52, has been “feeling suffocated” since she and DeGeneres left the United States last year, because it seems “like every aspect of her life is micromanaged,” a source told Star.

If she wants to go for a horse ride, a jog, even a trip to the shops, it’ll be met with a dozen questions. Ellen hates going anywhere by herself so Portia’s always on the hook to be by her side,” continued the source.

“She loves Ellen dearly but she’s insisting on some breathing room,” added the source. “She can’t go on like this.”
