Denise Richards’ Daughter Lola Shares Emotional Tribute to Patrick Muldoon: ‘Huge Part of Our Family’

Lola Sheen has shared a heartbreaking tribute to Patrick Muldoon — and the special bond the late actor shared with her mom, Denise Richards.

Lola, 20, admitted she once “begged” Richards, 55, to reunite with Muldoon, who remained in their lives decades after his three-year romance with the actress ended in 2000.

Taking to Instagram on Monday, April 20, Lola — whose father is Charlie Sheen — wrote: “I thought you were the one that was supposed be in our lives forever. when i think of my childhood i think of you pat, and it’s gonna be so weird to go on without you in our lives.”

“You were such a huge part of our family and life will never feel the same, but that’s just because of how much you impacted us,” she added. “Thank you for showing everyone around you how to be alive.”

Growing up, Lola wrote, some of her happiest memories were shaped by Muldoon’s presence, his humor and the warmth he brought into their home.

Lola also reflected on how much joy he brought to her mom, especially during difficult times. Hearing her mom laugh with him, she said, was something she’ll miss deeply.

“I always begged my mom i’m sure she told you that you guys would end up back together haha, but i guess staying best friends was better anyways,” Lola ended the message. “You really were a rockstar pat, and forever will be. have fun up there i know you will. love you.”

As previously reported by Star, the Days of Our Lives alum passed away at 57 following a sudden heart attack on Sunday, April 19.
