Lara Trump‘s Instagram post highlighting her attendance at the 2026 FIFA World Cup did not go as planned.
On Sunday, July 19, the mom of two, 43 — who shares son Luke, 8, and daughter Carolina, 6, with husband Eric Trump — posted an Instagram carousel with photos of her and her family in a suite at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, enjoying the big game.
However, one selfie with sister-in-law Tiffany Trump — who was there with her husband, Michael Boulos — and Carolina did not look quite right.
Lara took to her Instagram Story and confessed she used a photo-editing tool on the snap, which resulted in a blunder.

“When AI takes over… the app I used to fit this in the frame changed my nails and made Carolina’s straw SOOO long 😅,” Lara wrote on top of the photo on her story.
Lara seemingly used the app Instasize, as the watermark was on the bottom corner of a few of the photos, including the selfie.
“What a blast!!! ⚽️🇪🇸🇦🇷🇺🇸,” Lara captioned her post.
It’s unclear if Lara and Eric were rooting for Spain or Argentina, but their children wore jerseys with Lionel Messi‘s name on the back of the garments to the game.
