Ciara Miller and Ariana Madix Join Forces in New Ad, Play Coy About ‘Summer House’ Scandal

Ariana Madix knows a thing or two about enduring a public scandal — and now, she’s teaming up with fellow Bravo fan favorite, Ciara Miller, as the Summer House star navigates hers.
Miller, 30, and the Vanderpump Rules alum, 40, joined forces for a hilarious Sonic advertisement posted on Instagram on Thursday, April 23. In the video, the women sat side by side, sipping their Sonic frozen refreshers as they caught up on life.
“So, anything new to talk about?” Madix — dressed in cream colored flowy pants and a neutral top — asked Miller, who wore a matching yellow skirt and top combo. “No new updates from me,” the nurse responded.
“Nothing? Nada? Really?” Madix wondered — seemingly a sly nod to the drama with Miller’s Summer House costars, Amanda Batula and West Wilson — prompting Miller to explain that “life has been pretty chill” for her.
“That’s actually so refreshing to hear because I feel like I kind of thought that, you know, things were like…,” Madix trailed off.
“I’ve been off social media,” Miller added. “I’ve been honestly just drinking my new frozen Sonic refresher.”
Madix noted, “I love that energy,” declaring, “Let’s sip to that.”
As Star previously reported, Miller’s best friend Batula, 34, and her ex Wilson, 31, confirmed on March 31 that they were in a relationship via a joint statement shared on Instagram, leaving the Bravo world in a frenzy.
Madix, of course, was also betrayed publicly when news broke that her live-in boyfriend of nine years, Tom Sandoval, had an affair with her own best friend, Raquel Leviss, in 2023.
Miller has since spoken out regarding the situation with her Summer House costars.
“It’s one thing to experience hurt behind closed doors,” Miller told Glamour for a cover story published Friday, April 17. “To experience it so publicly is like another layer, and then to have to see what you thought was your life still play out in season 10 [of Summer House, which is airing now on Bravo]. It’s a major mindf**k.”
While Miller told the outlet, “you just can’t put anything past a man,” she was shocked by Batula’s actions.
“But I just never would think that it would come from someone like Amanda, who has been what has felt like in my circle and in my corner for so long,” she said. “I think that’s the craziest part.”
