Ireland Baldwin Calls Perez Hilton a ‘Despicable Human Being’ Amid His Hospitalization

Ireland Baldwin, the daughter of Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin, has wished Perez Hilton a speedy recovery, despite years of being bullied by the blogger.

“Perez Hilton has [publicly] humiliated my family for years, sexualized me from a young age, commented on my weight and body (as a child), made unforgivable comments about people in my family, drew [expletive] coming out of my mom’s and friend’s mouths, and has always been a despicable human being,” Ireland, 30, shared via her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, August 5. “But his children deserve better and a healthy father and I am so sad for all of them. I hope he gets the help he needs and heals.”

The model’s words were shared hours after Hilton, 48, was rushed to the hospital after Miami-Dade County Police received numerous calls about his distressing livestream.

Hilton was seen on TikTok Live on August 4 covered in what appeared to be blood. He was wielding a butcher knife and harming himself.

First responders located Hilton — real name: Mario Lavandeira Jr. — inside his home in Miami and he was transported to a local hospital.

“Many of you have reached out with concern for Perez, and we are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming outpouring of love, support, and prayers,” a statement shared by his family read. “We can confirm that Perez is receiving medical care, and our family’s focus right now is on his well-being.”
