The Josh Duggar scandal hasn’t been received as forgiving like the 19 Kids and Counting family may have expected, and it’s been especially tough on Duggar sisters Jessa Seewald and Jill Dillard.
“They don’t have a right to do this. We’re victims. They can’t do this to us,” 24-year-old sister Jill cries on camera during the upcoming Megyn Kelly interview.
The Fox News Channel anchor sat down with Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar on June 3 to hear their family’s side of the story after their 27-year-old son Josh’s past police report was illegally released.
“The system that has set up to protect kids—both those who make stupid mistakes or have problems like this in their life—and the ones that are affected by those choices, it’s just… it’s greatly failed,” Jessa, 22, said during the sneak peek of the interview.
Now that Jill and Jessa have come forward as victims, they’ll have another interview with Kelly that is what the anchor calls “a remarkable and emotional exchange” about “what Josh did to them and how they felt when they learned their story had gone national.”

Megyn Kelly‘s interview with Jessa and Jill will be on Friday, June 5 at 9 p.m. ET on Fox News Channel.
