A Utah judge granted the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star supervised parenting time Sunday, May 11, from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
The judge also increased Paul’s weekly parenting time from 8 to 12 hours. However, all of the visits will remain supervised.

The court recommends three separate four-hour supervised blocks during daytime hours to allow for more frequent contact between mother and child.
“Given the age of the child, Mother’s parent-time preferably should be exercised in three (3) four-hour blocks, dependent upon supervisor availability, which would allow for more frequent visits per week and fewer days in between parent-time sessions,” the order states, as per court documents obtained and published by US Sun.
The expanded parenting time is incremental. The judge is not yet ready to make a permanent determination.
Per the filing, the court is waiting on additional information from an ongoing Department of Children and Family Services investigation before finalizing a long-term custody arrangement at a June 1 hearing.
The judge has been “persuaded that the domestic violence and substance abuse assessment reports being undertaken by both parties as part of the DCFS safety plan might provide valuable information to assist the court in formulating a longer-term time-sharing plan,” according to the court documents.

Paul and Mortensen are both scheduled to attend the June 1 hearing to address future custody and parenting time issues.
The custody developments come amid a broader legal situation for both Paul and Mortensen.
Both were granted permanent restraining orders against one another at the end of last month. Sources told TMZ those orders make it unlikely Mortensen will return to The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.
Paul’s costarJessi Draper filed a court declaration in her defense, per People, less than two months after Draper was heard criticizing Paul in a leaked audio recording.
Meanwhile, producers of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives have made it clear they want Paul back on the show, per Page Six.
