Taylor Frankie Paul has filed for a temporary restraining order against her ex Dakota Mortensen.
The MomTok founder, 31, alleged that Mortensen, 33, exhibited a “pattern of abusive conduct and coercive control” throughout their relationship, according to court documents obtained by People on Tuesday, April 7.
In addition to her TRO filing, Paul reportedly submitted photos of injuries sustained from a May 2025 altercation as well as “bruises on her forehead and knee” from an alleged assault that took place in February, TMZ reported.
Paul and Mortensen, 33, faced off in court today as he asked the court to extend his previously-granted temporary restraining order stemming from the February incident.
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star also temporarily lost custody of her 2-year-old son, Ever, whom she shares with Mortensen, following the order. Her attorney argued to restore custody during their Tuesday court hearing.

The latest comes after ABC pulled the plug on Paul’s season of The Bachelorette just days before its scheduled premiere. The network announced the news shortly after a video surfaced showing a 2023 physical altercation between the then-couple, showing Paul throwing metal barstools at Mortensen, one of which seemingly hit her daughterIndy, now 8.
She was arrested after cops arrived and later pleaded guilty to aggravated assault.
“The last 40 days felt like hell on earth. Through every panic attack I prayed for strength as I could feel my body breaking down and out from the distress of it all,” Paul captioned an Instagram post on Sunday, April 5.
