Pregnant Natalie Portman ‘Talking About Marrying’ Boyfriend Tanguy Destable: ‘Happiest She’s Ever Been’ (Exclusive)

Natalie Portman is planning her future with boyfriend Tanguy Destable amid the happy news they’re expecting a baby, a source tells Star.

“Tanguy and I are very excited,” the Black Swan actress , 44, who already shares son Aleph, 14, and daughter Amelia, 9 with ex-husband Benjamin Millepied, told Harper’s Bazaar on Friday, April 17.

“It’s all moved very quickly but she’s incredibly happy and feeling very settled, and the pregnancy has only strengthened that,” reveals the source. “She’s even talking about marrying Tanguy before the baby arrives.”

It’s a step they both want to take, the source says.

“This is the happiest she’s ever been,” shares the source, “so for her, it does feel like everything has worked out the way it was meant to be, even if there was a lot of pain along the way.”

Portman finalized her divorce from Millepied, 48, in 2024, a year after French magazine Voici reported that the French choreographer had had an extramarital affair.

“The split from Benjamin really knocked the wind out of her, more than she ever let on publicly,” Star’s source admits. “She went through a period where she was questioning everything and feeling pretty disillusioned by men in general.”

And then Destable came into her life and “totally renewed her faith,” the source reveals. “He’s such a solid guy. She says there’s a sense of peace that she has with him that was never really there with Benjamin.”

Falling in love with the French music producer also helped the Ocscar winner “let go of her anger” toward Millepied, adds the source. “Now, she says he did her a favor. She never would have left him and met Tanguy.”
