Lori Loughlin and her estranged husband, Mossimo Giannulli, are moving forward with their divorce, but Giannulli wants “everything resolved quietly.”
“The speculation over his dating life and his relationship with Lori really upsets their kids,” a source told People in an article published on Tuesday, January 20. “He’ll never not love Lori. He thinks she’s a lovely person and an incredible mom.”

The update comes months after news surfaced that the couple had been living largely separate lives. While Giannulli, 61, is focused on moving forward privately, sources told People that Loughlin, 60, hasn’t been as positive about the situation.
“Lori is still extremely angry with him,” a separate source told the publication on Monday, January 19.
Multiple sources said the former couple’s dynamic has been strained for some time, following years of intense scrutiny related to their involvement in the 2019 Varsity Blues college admissions scandal. Both the Full House alum and Giannulli pleaded guilty in the case and served prison sentences. It was that experience that placed lasting pressure on their marriage.

“Things have never been the same after weathering the college admission fallout and the prison sentences together,” a third source told People. “Lori feels betrayed. They’re in very different places right now, and it’s unlikely that they’ll find their way back together.”
Loughlin and the fashion designer married in November 1997 and share two daughters, Olivia Jade, 26, and Isabella, 27. The former couple announced their separation in late 2025.
