Taylor and Kanye sent barbs back and forth for a while, until 2015 when
they miraculously made up. Alas, nothing gold can stay. In Kanye’s song “Famous,” he included lyrics that Taylor was not happy with. He rapped, “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex/I made that b**ch famous.”

Taylor responded with a since-deleted note on her social media. In it, she said, “Where is the video of Kanye telling me he was going to call me ‘that b**ch’ in his song? It doesn’t exist because it never happened.” She concluded, “I would very much like to be excluded from this narrative, one that I have never asked to be a part of, since 2009.”

Taylor used all the hate as inspiration, though.
She referenced the feud multiple times on her latest album, reputation. The
reputation tour is snaked-themed. She explained to a crowd in Glendale, Arizona, “A couple of years ago, someone called me a snake on social media and it caught on. And then a lot of people were calling me a lot of things on social media. And I went through some really low times for a while because of it. I went through some times when I didn't know if I was going to get to do this anymore.”

“I wanted to send a message to you guys that if someone uses name-calling to bully you on social media, and even if a lot of people jump on board with it, that doesn't have to defeat you. It can strengthen you instead.”

Some fans felt Kim’s attacks on Taylor were bullying, and out of line considering that she’d asked fans to be kind to husband Kanye.
Other fans went for a less wordy emoji dump. Yesterday was, coincidentally, also National Emoji Day.
Meanwhile, Kardashian fans were baffled that Taylor’s fans thought Kim had anything to apologize for.
Taylor’s supporters filled Kim’s Instagram comments with emojis too.
