All eyes are on the arrested Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, especially now that she was released from jail at 10:36 a.m. on April 16 in Los Angeles.
RHOBH Kim Richards, 50, was arrested at 2:04 a.m. for public intoxication at the high-end hotel Polo Lounge on April 16. After causing quite a stir with her drunken behavior, hotel security contacted police to escort her off the property.
After cursing at Beverly Hill’s Police Department, she refused the arrest with slurred words. She resisted the arrest so much that she kicked one officer in the leg.
According to the police report, Richards’ charges include Public Intoxication, Resisting an Officer, Trespassing and Battery on an officer.
Kim Richards’ court date is set for June 11.
