Khloé Kardashian In Charge Of All Critical Medical Decisions For Organ-Failing Lamar Odom—Find Out Why They’re Still Secretly Married!

It has been reported that a rep from the Los Angeles Superior Court has confirmed this information, stating that the judge has yet to sign the final judgment documents as of Oct. 14.

While the pair had initially filed for divorce in December 2013, it took them almost two years to complete the process – except things were never legally finalized—oops?

Lamar, 35, and Khloé , 31, who wed in 2009, had their own reality show called Khloé & Lamar which showcased their fairytale marriage. But trouble in paradise was not far behind as Lamar’s cocaine struggles began to surface, causing a divide in their marriage. The reality star filed for divorce mainly because of her husband’s failure to seek help for his sickness.

But it wasn’t that easy: Nearly a year later, Lamar refused to sign the divorce papers. And in the summer of 2015, the documents were still waiting to be completed while Khloé supported Lamar as he grieved the deaths of his two closest friends. Finally, the divorce papers were signed by the couple this year in July.

Now that Lamar is in a critical state of his own, Khloé has been by his bedside since the news first broke. She's been reported to be "inconsolable" and her family has showed support for Khloe's ex, as they are the closest he has to actual family. (Lamar's father, Joe Odom, was spotted visiting the Las Vegas hospital on Oct. 14 even though the two have had foul father-son issues—over Lamar being part of the Kardashian family and Joe's own drug addictions.)

Now, more and more friends—including Scott Disick and Rob Kardashian were en route earlier on Oct. 14—are part of the short list gathering around his bedside while Lamar is attached to life support and is fighting to stay alive.
