Kate, 43, has primary custody of the kids — the six youngest and the 18-year-old twins, Mady and Cara.

As Star readers know, earlier this month, Jon, 41, got a visit from one of the quintuplets, Collin.

Kate had previously sent him to a treatment facility for his “special needs.” Now, Jon is suing for custody of his son.
