Carrie Underwood and her husband Mike Fisher are looking to relocate after the country singer suffered a nasty fall outside her Nashville home that led to 40-50 stitches in her face and a broken wrist.

“They’ve been having a lot of issues with neighbors letting people in the community to look around and it all escalated after the fall,” the source explained.
