Andie MacDowell has given her seal of approval to daughter Margaret Qualley’s new romance with Pete Davidson. On Saturday, September 28, Andie, 61, walked in the L’Oreal Paris runway show. During the event, she was asked about her 24-year-old daughter’s relationship with the controversial comedian.
She told People that she hasn’t actually met the Saturday Night Live star yet!
“I FaceTimed with Pete the other day or no, [Margaret] took a video of me to send to Pete that’s what it was,” she explained. Then, Andie explained how much she approves of the pair.
“She has a beautiful relationship with him but I don’t want to step on her relationship too much,” the Four Weddings And A Funeral star said. “They have a nice relationship.”
Margaert is Andie’s youngest child with her ex-husband Paul Qualley, who she split from in 1999. They also have son Justin, 33, and daughter Rainey, 29.
