Paris Jackson isn’t giving up her fight with the executors of her late father Michael Jackon’s estate.
After part of her previous motion to hold the estate’s attorneys — executors John Branca and John McClain — accountable for financial issues regarding the estate was struck down by a judge, the singer’s attorneys filed a new motion outlining the complaints on Tuesday, November 18, according to documents obtained by Star.
“This legal fight is something she feels she has to see through – she won’t just roll over,” a source tells Star, even though it’s taking a toll on the singer, 27.
“She’s under enormous pressure right now but she believes her dad would want her to protect his legacy,” adds the source, “and if people don’t agree with her, so be it.”

But she’s counting on her brothers, Prince, 28, and Bigi, 23, to back her up. While the American Horror Stories alum has been critical of the upcoming biopic about the pop icon that Prince is executive producing, says the source, “she’s hoping that tension can be put aside and she and her brothers can put up a united front regarding their father’s estate.”
The lawsuit “has caused her a lot of stress and the worry is that [it] could put her into a vulnerable headspace,” continues the source, “and what she really needs is her family’s support.”
