Lewis Hamilton’s Mother Wants F1 Driver to Be With Someone ‘Low-Key’ Amid Kim Kardashian Romance

Lewis Hamilton’s mom, Carmen Larbalestier, is reportedly not thrilled with his new romance with Kim Kardashian.

“Carmen is fiercely protective of Lewis and from her perspective, the Kardashian lifestyle isn’t something that meshes with her son’s personality longterm,” says a source. “She feels he’d be much better off with someone more low-key and private.”

The F1 racer, 41, hung with Kim, 45, and her son Saint, 10, in Tokyo in March, less than two weeks after whisking Carmen on a sight-seeing trip to China. Kim isn’t deterred. “She’s saying this is what always happens until people get to know the real her,” says the source. “But Carmen will voice her opinion.”
