On Tuesday, January 6, the musician, 38, took to his Instagram Story and shared a picture of his face photoshopped onto the High School Musical star’s body from the cover of her now-viral The Cut essay titled “Breaking Up With My Toxic Mom Group,” published January 1.
Koma — who shares daughters Banks, 7, Mae, 4, and Townes, 20 months, with Duff, 38 — seemingly took a swing at Tisdale, 40, by penning a faux headline that read, “When You’re The Most Self-Obsessed Tone Deaf Person On Earth, Other Moms Tend To Shift Focus To Their Actual Toddlers.”

The songwriter also added the subheadline: “A Mom Group Tell All Through A Father’s Eyes.”
“Read my new interview with @TheCut,” Koma captioned the post.
Meanwhile, Tisdale’s husband, Christopher French — with whom she shares daughters Jupiter, 4, and Emerson, 1 — took to his Instagram Story Tuesday, reposting a graphic from artist Tyler Spangler that read “It’s your choice whether or not to engage,” per Us Weekly.
As Star previously reported, Tisdale did not name any specific women in her piece, but it is believed she was referring to a group that includes Duff, Mandy Moore, Meghan Trainor and others.

In her article, the Frenshe founder, who also wrote about the situation on her blog, claimed she was slowly phased out of the mom group after being left out of group hangs, and compared the situation to feeling like she was in high school.
However, a source told The U.S. Sun in an article published Monday, January 5, that Tisdale was the problem, not the other women.
The source noted that “The big straw that broke the camel’s back was how Ashley responded to the group about the L.A. wildfires last year.”

“Multiple members of the group were impacted [by the L.A. fires], some worse than others, and Ashley hardly checked in,” the source explained. “She didn’t offer to help with the means she has. She just lived her own life, didn’t check in to see how they were doing, and her friends felt abandoned by her.”
“Her friends felt the amount of self-absorption she showed just got worse, and it was impossible to maintain a friendship with her since it was so one-sided,” the source continued. “It seemed like she was only interested in things that benefited her or suited her interests.”
