Connie Britton ‘Can’t Wait’ to Marry David Windsor, Thought ‘the Marriage Ship Had Sailed’

Connie Britton is engaged to her beau of six years, David Windsor, as a source reveals the Friday Night Lights actress, 58, “is so happy.”
Connie has revealed on an episode of Sirius XM’s Radio Andy that she first spotted the TV producer at a mutual friend’s 50th birthday party in 2019. When she asked her pal to have David email her, he did the next day, and the rest is history.
The source says Connie, who was married from 1991 to 1995 and adopted son Eyob in 2011 on her own, “was pretty certain the marriage ship had sailed for her, but David treats her like a queen, and she can’t wait to say her vows. They’re already bouncing around ideas for the wedding, and will likely choose an intimate, low-key option. It’ll be a wonderful excuse to hang with their friends and toast this life they’re building together.”
