Carole Radziwill Reportedly ‘Cut Off’ by Kennedy Family Over Intimate Photos of JFK Jr.’s Wedding

Last August, Carole Radziwill shared intimate, rarely seen photos that she took at John F. Kennedy Jr.’s 1995 wedding to Carolyn Bessette with CNN for a fawning docuseries, American Prince: JFK Jr.

Months later, the photos are resurfacing amid renewed interest in the couple, thanks to FX’s fictional drama, Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette — and the Kennedy family is outraged, Rob Shuter reported in his Naughty But Nice Substack on Thursday, March 19.

“That wedding was sacred to them,” one insider told Shuter of the ceremony, which was held at the tiny First African Baptist Church on Georgia’s Cumberland Island. The event was so secret, all 40 guests were asked to sign NDAs.

“It was designed to be completely private — and everyone there knew the rules,” the insider added.

There was a professional photographer invited for the images that were released to the public — but journalist Radziwill, who was married to the Kennedy scion’s Best Man and cousin, Anthony Radziwill, also took her own.

Now that she’s revealed them, the Kennedy family feels “completely betrayed,” a source told Shuter. “She wrote about them, built a profile off that connection — and now this?”

The insider pointed out that the Bravo alum, 62 — who detailed her friendship with Bessette and JFK Jr. in her 2005 book What Remains: A Memoir of Fate, Friendship and Love — is returning to The Real Housewives of New York City. “She’s using the Kennedy name again to stay relevant,” the insider said. “That’s how they see it.”

Family members also believe she may be using the photos as a distraction from scrutiny over her friendship with Ghislaine Maxwell, sources told Shuter.

Last September, Radziwill acknowledged in an X post that Maxwell took the author photo for her book, adding that she knew the convicted sex trafficker “socially” but insisted she did not know about the “f**king creepy” activities that Maxwell was involved in with Jeffrey Epstein, and called for the release of the FBI files. Still, it’s “not a good look,” the insider added.

And the Kennedys have had enough. Radziwill has “been cut off,” the source revealed. “The family is done.”
