Britney Spears entered rehab less than six weeks after her March DUI arrest, but it was unclear how long her stay would be. Now, a new report has revealed the length of her stay.
Spears, 44, has been admitted to a rehabilitation facility out of state, according to NewsNation, and like Tiger Woods — who was also recently arrested for a DUI and reportedly is in a three-month treatment plan in Switzerland — she’ll be staying at the facility for at least 90 days.
“Ninety is the new 30,” a source told the outlet.
While the “Toxic” singer was initially set to appear in court on May 4, it now looks like that won’t be happening.
As Star previously reported, Spears was arrested on March 4, after police spotted her driving erratically in Ventura, California.

“Britney is going to take the right steps and comply with the law, and hopefully this can be the first step in a long-overdue change that needs to occur in Britney’s life,” her rep told Star at the time.
“Hopefully, she can get the help and support she needs during this difficult time. Her boys are going to be spending time with her,” the rep continued. “Her loved ones are going to come up with an overdue needed plan to set her up for success for well-being.”
“They sat her down and were brutally honest,” a source told Rob Shuter’s Naughty But Nice Substack on April 13. “They told her, ‘We need you. We want you healthy.’ And that hit her harder than anything.”
“Being back in her sons’ lives is everything to her,” the source continued. “It’s her priority now — not fame, not drugs or anything else. The arrest shook her, but her boys made it real. They made it matter.”
