Sounds like Caitlyn Jenner is feeling all kinds of pressure about looking her best before her big day.
ESPN’s annual ESPY Awards is going to be a big one this year—it will be Caitlyn’s first red carpet appearance since the former Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality star underwent gender reassignment surgery.
RadarOnline reported that Jenner’s camp actually pursued ESPN about Caitlyn receiving the ESPY award—meaning, ESPN didn’t necessarily seek out the I Am Cait star for the award. In fact, a source said that ESPN “loved the idea” because her “journey to accepting the award will also be featured on her upcoming reality show, I Am Cait.”
Caitlyn is rumored that she’ll wear a dress by Patricia Field—famously known as Sex And The City costume designer and is “a huge supporter of the transgender community.” But the dress isn’t everything to her. According to Hollywood Life, she’ll be getting “a full on beauty assault that will go on from now until the minute she steps onto that red carpet.” It means exactly what it sounds like, too—manicures, pedicures, tanning, beauty facials, fresh extensions… you name it.
And Caitlyn won’t be the only one of the Kardashians walking the ESPY red carpet—all ten children will dress to impress and show up too.
But there’s rumors that Rob Kardashian may be absent from the event. “Rob has no interest in going to the ESPY awards and going on stage,” dished the Radar insider. This shouldn’t come as a shock to Kardashian fans since Star reported that Rob has been for the most part hiding, except for his fast food run to In ‘N Out, which revealed how much weight he had actually gained in recent months. “Rob fully supports Caitlyn, but remains in a dark place and doesn’t want to go out in public because he isn’t comfortable with his physical appearance,” adds the source.
