After months of self-inflicted seclusion due to his weight gain, Rob Kardashian came out of hiding on Thursday night to grab some fast food. Kim Kardashian’s reclusive brother was spotted out for the first time in ages at In-N-Out burger in Woodland Hills, before heading to a friends place in Encino.

On a recent Keeping Up With The Kardashians episode, Momager Kris Jenner told an interventionist that she fears for the life of her only son, and that she’s tried a myriad of approaches to get him back on a healthy path, but has been rebuffed at every turn. The 59-year-old Kardashian matriarch revealed that he’s been depressed for quite some time, and that it’s alarming that Rob Kardashian gained over 100 pounds in less than a year.
The former reality star Rob, 28, has been holed up in the back of sister Khloe Kardashian’s house, sometimes remaining in his room for days, according to her disturbing admission. The family has tried everything to get Rob to see that he’s going down a dangerous path by eating away his pain, and refusing to deal with his underlying issues. Although he’s been averse to helping himself get better, Rob is clearly not in denial about his situation, or the cruel backlash he’s been receiving on social media.
Back in February, the sock designer addressed his ‘haters’ and all the negativity surrounding his weight in an Instagram post featuring a throwback pic of his former slim, muscular self, captioning it: “Last throwback pic of the day and yes I’m fat now so y’all haters can literally suck d-ck.” The post has then since been removed.
