We may not have Dukes and Duchesses, but we’ve got the next best thing — Beyonce and Jay Z, of course! America’s closest version of a “royal couple” attended the Brooklyn Nets’ game on Monday, where they mingled with some actual royals…Prince William and Kate Middleton!
The Duke and Duchess sat courtside for the game, just one stop they made during their busy trip to New York City, and got a visit from the music superstars at the end of the 3rd quarter. Their meeting was, of course, captured by paparazzi, and even played out on the Barclay’s Center’s jumbotron.

With the Nets playing the Cleveland Cavaliers, LeBron James was also in the building, and spent some time with Kate and Will. In fact, he even gifted them a basketball jersey for their 1-year-old son, Prince George!
