Sharon Osbourne Slams the Women of The View

Sharon Osbourne

It’s the battle of the daytime talk show hosts! Sharon Osbourne and her fellow The Talk co-hosts appeared on a recent episode of the Arsenio Hall Show, and the claws came out when they were asked to compare themselves to The View.

Julie Chen attempted to keep things civil. “We do not discuss politics,” she explained. “We do not debate. I always say The View has changed over the years as the players have changed.”

But Sharon wasn’t having any of it. “Cut to the chase!” she exclaimed. “Stop being polite. Cut to the f—ing chase. The situation is — Barbara [Walters], idolize her. Divine. She’s superhuman. The rest can go f–k themselves.”

Ozzy’s wife is referring to Barbara’s co-hosts Jenny McCarthy, Sherri Shepherd and Whoopi Goldberg. Before this current season, both Joy Behar and Elisabeth Hasselbeck left the talk show.

The View premiered in 1997, while The Talk didn’t come about until 2010.
