Some very familiar faces are coming back to TLC! As previously announced, Kate Gosselin and her eight kids are appearing in a two-part special on the network that made them famous several years ago.
Kate Plus 8: Sextuplets Turn 10 will air on June 19 and 26 at 10:00 p.m ET. In a preview released for the episode, the single mother admits, “A lot has changed since you last have been here. It’s all still happening, with or without cameras. We’ve all been through a lot, we’ve learned what’s important. I’m getting older, tireder, more worn out.”
The clip then cuts to a scene of the 39-year-old trying to discuss Spring Break plans with her brood of eight, only to find she has to lay down the law for 13-year-old Mady. “I got those girls cell phones and iPads just so I could take them away,” she reveals, referring to her two eldest children.
Kate and her family made headlines earlier this year when she appeared with twins Mady and Cara on several talk shows, much to the dismay of her estranged husband, Jon Gosselin. He, on the other hand, has made it clear that he does not want his kids to continue a life in front of the cameras.
Kate Plus 8 aired its last season in the summer of 2011.
