The custody fight continues for Jon Gosselin! The former TLC star’s attorney told E! that he’ll “most likely” take legal action against his ex-wife, Kate Gosselin, for violating their custody agreement.
It’s been a media battle between the reality stars for the last several weeks after Kate and their twin daughters did TV interviews on TODAY and The View. Jon reacted negatively to the appearances.
Kate currently has primary custody of the eight kids. However, according to the attorney, their agreement states that Jon has the first right of refusal regarding who watches them when she’s out of town…with the option to have the children stay with him instead. Apparently, she’s never given him that option.
“From his point of view that has violated the custodial agreement,” the attorney explained. “She always places them with the babysitter instead of the father, to his disdain.”
While getting interviewed on The View, 13-year-olds Cara and Mady were both at a loss for words when asked if they see their father. Awwwwkward!
