Zendaya and Tom Holland are in a state of euphoria!

After months of rumors and speculation, the English actor, 30, confirmed in an interview with Esquire published Tuesday, June 16, that he and the Challengers actress, 29, have tied the knot.

When discussing the viral AI-generated images of the couple appearing to say “I do” in a romantic wedding ceremony at Lake Como, Esquire writes that Holland’s grandmother thought she wasn’t invited. After Holland was asked if he had to send out messages to other family members to explain, he said, “No, because they were all there.”

However, Holland would offer no further details, stating firmly, “That’s all you’ll get on that.”

Holland gushed about his longtime love in the Esquire profile, saying, “We can support each other in ways that only we can, because only we understand really what it’s like to live this life, and I think that is such a luxury, because I just don’t understand how I would be able to have anything like that with anyone else. So, for me, I found my person. She’s my best friend, and I’m the happiest I ever have been when I’m with her, but I also have never felt so supported and safe, ever. Period.”

Law Roach appeared to confirm the big news earlier this year. While chatting with Access Hollywood on the red carpet at the 2026 Actor Awards on March 1, Zendaya’s longtime stylist said, “The wedding has already happened! You missed it.” After the reporter asked, “Is that true?” Roach replied, “It’s very true!”

The Uncharted actor and the Euphoria star met in 2016 on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming after Holland was cast as Peter Parker/Spider-Man in the film opposite Zendaya as MJ.

Their off-screen romance was finally confirmed after they were spotted kissing in a car in July 2021, and they became engaged in December 2024.

Though the pair tends to keep the details of their relationship under wraps, the former Disney star spoke to Vanity Fair in the weeks leading up to their engagement about what it’s like to act alongside her man.

“It’s actually strangely comfortable,” she said in November 2024. “It’s like second nature, if anything. You feel extra safe with the person you’re acting beside. I love working with him.”

“He’s so talented, and so passionate about what he does. He always gives things one thousand percent, even if he’s absolutely worn down,” she added. “I really appreciate that about him. It feels pretty normal. That’s how we met. Literally, at a chemistry read.”
