Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna’s custody battle is raging on. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has filed court documents to lower his child support payments, set at $20,000 a month.
Rob and Chyna share custody of 2-year-old Dream. His lawyers are arguing that, because he’s not appearing on his family’s reality show, he’s not making nearly as much money as he was when the payments were ordered. They’re also blaming Chyna’s restraining order against Rob for forcing him to recede from public life, hurting his paycheck.
Meanwhile, they say Chyna is bringing in cash as a “model and entrepreneur,” so really she ought to be paying Rob!

In his declaration filed in court obtained by
The Blast, the 31-year-old said, “I have not participated in the filming of any episodes since this summer when [Chyna] filed a request for a
restraining order against me. Her request was widely publicized and I was scrutinized by the media.”

The sock designer continued, “It has been an extraordinarily difficult time for me emotionally and I have no desire to continue participating in the reality show. I would like to maintain my privacy, try to recover from the emotional damage of the past several months, and explore other business ventures.”

According to the docs, Rob used to get paid $1 million a year to participate in the show. But this year, he was only paid for the episodes he was actually in. He made just $50,000 an episode.

Rob’s lawyers are saying that while their court drama has hurt his bottom line, it’s only helped Chyna’s. “She has appeared in the press and on social media to discuss both cases at every opportunity,” they said.

Based on financial records, Chyna is allegedly worth over $1.4 million. Rob’s team is claiming that his income was $100,000 a month when they split, but now it’s less than $10,000. Since she brings in $60,000 a month, they want her to pay him, since they have 50/50 custody.

Her lawyers are claiming he’s “manipulating” the numbers to make himself seem broke. But the judge must think there’s something to it, since they suspended all child support payments until they make a decision.
