Lisa Rinna is opening up about her daughters’ mental health. Just days after Delilah Belle, 21, opened up about her two trips to rehab to work on her mental health issues, her mom took to Instagram to raise awareness about PANDAS, a condition Delilah developed as a child. It can trigger massive mental health issues. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star praised her daughter for speaking out.
