The 2019 MTV VMAs on August 26 brought some of the biggest stars in music out to Newark, New Jersey for a huge night. The blockbuster ceremony featured incredible performances by singers like Taylor Swift, Lizzo, Lil Nas X and Normani. Miley Cyrus gave her first performance since splitting from Liam Hemsworth, and she brought along The Hills star Kaitlynn Carter. Missy Elliott took home the Video Vanguard Award for her illustrious career.
Celebrities including Heidi Klum, Bella and Gigi Hadid, Shawn Mendes, Adriana Lima, Lil Kim, Bebe Rexha, Queen Latifah and the Jersey Shore cast showed off some incredible — and confusing — outfits on the red carpet. Ice-T and Coco Austin took part in some sweet PDA and Blac Chyna managed to shade Kylie Jenner without a single word.
