Ouch! 'The View' Star Joy Behar Slams Kelly Ripa For What She Did To Michael Strahan During His Last Days On Set

Kelly Ripa made her feelings known after Live! co-host Michael Strahan announced he was leaving the show, but Joy Behar thinks the Kelly took the departure drama too far.  

"I think that all people are deserving of fair treatment in the work place. People deserve respect," Kelly, 45, told PEOPLE when news broke that Michael was moving on full-time to Good Morning America.  

"I think that requires a certain amount of empathy on a level," her bitter rant continued. "When you're dealing with big business, it's easy to forget that you're dealing with people and that people have feelings. It's easy to just look at it like a business unit, a unit, a unit."  

But The View hostess Joy doesn't seem to agree with Kelly's comments.  

“I’ve been summarily fired so many times with nary a word to me,” the fiery red head told Page Six. “It’s called show business, not show therapy."  

As Star previously reported, Kelly and Michael's final taping didn't end well behind the scenes. "There was a team waiting backstage," an insider told Radar.
