Meghan McCain finally had something to celebrate on July 22 — her little sister’s birthday. The View host took to Instagram to wish Bridget, 28, a special day, just days after she shared a powerful essay about her miscarriage.

“Happy happy happy Birthday to my sister Bridget @bridgyyyyboo - I love you so much,” Meghan, 34, wrote.

“You are all that is kind and beautiful in this world! ♥️⭐️??♥️⭐️??,” she said under the photo of her and her little sis.

“This was not supposed to be public knowledge. I have had my share of public grief and public joy,” she wrote. Meghan explained that she decided to come forward in order to help alleviate some of the shame women carry around miscarriages.
