The newest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which aired last night, November 4, was the one fans had been waiting for — and dreading. It showed the most dramatic moment of the year for the famous family: When Tristan Thompson was revealed as a cheater just days before Khloe Kardashian gave birth to their daughter True in Cleveland. Khloe, 34, started with a message to fans. “Tonight’s episode is an uncomfortable and super emotional one for me, but when we signed up for this show over a decade ago, we signed up for a reality show, which meant showing you guys inside our lives, the good, the bad and the ugly,” she wrote.

To relive these moments all over again is incredibly difficult emotionally but I also hope that with every trail, tribulation and curve ball life throws at us, that we ALL get to learn from our journeys.

I love filming for the show and I am proud that we are all strong and brave enough to be vulnerable BUT we have to start airing shows closer to real time. This episode is about 7 months old and it’s a lot to relive all over again But maybe I need to ??‍♀️

The Good American designer also talked about how hard it was to relive Tristan’s cheating seven months after it went public.

Once the episode started, she was less level-headed. “My heart is racing!” she wrote.

She also revealed that she was not “logical” when she reacted to Tristan’s cheating — but there weren’t cameras in Cleveland to capture her rage.

Khloe also said she was “in shock” while she was in labor, but she’s still proud of how she handled herself.

“I chose to put my feelings aside for the birth and to try and have as much positive energy that I could,” she explained. She let Tristan, 27, in the delivery room, despite protestations from Kim. “I want her to have videos and pictures of her daddy there, holding her etc.,” Khloe tweeted.
