“I did, I did,” she said. “Which wasn’t — nothing I’m proud of. When I look back on it now, probably one of my biggest regrets in my life is that that marriage fell apart.” The affair
took place in 1989, when her then-youngest child,

But the most difficult part for the mom of six was when her lawyer husband filed for divorce. “Because it made it real,” she explained. “Like, you think you’re going to come through this period — that was really hard for me.”

But the divorce wasn’t just emotionally devastating — it was, at first, financially devastating too. “I went to the market one day and my credit card didn’t work,” she shared. “I had a market credit card and I’m like, ‘I can’t even buy a tomato.’”
