During her first trimester to stay so slim (that caused fans to question whether or not she was actually pregnant), her thinner, pregnant frame could've been owed to extreme morning sickness. Now, "Kim looks to be putting on weight faster now," celebrity body and beauty expert, Alicia Hunter, told Star.

After dealing with a condition called placenta accreta, the reality star had to had a harder time conceiving their second child. "There were a couple of little operations to fix all that, so that created a little hole in my uterus, which I think made it really tough to get pregnant again," she said during a recent magazine interview.

"Well, they think I'll have placenta accreta again, so if the placenta grows a little bit deeper than it did last time, then they are prepared to have my uterus removed, which is a little scary for me," Kim said.
