On April 15, 2015, police were called to the Beverly Hills Hotel. They found Kim, 54, who was "displaying symptoms of alcohol intoxication including slurred speech and belligerent insolent behavior, cursing at the officers, and passively [resisting] arrest."

The former RHOBH cast member was charged with three misdemeanors: public intoxication, resisting arrest and battery on a cop. Then, when she shoplifted at Target months later, the crimes were rolled together. She was sentenced to three years probation, 52 weeks of Alcohols Anonymous, and 450 hours of community service.
