Kim Richards is finally able to put some of her messy past behind her and move on. In 2015, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was arrested at The Beverly Hills Hotel for public intoxication, trespassing, resisting arrest, and battery on a police officer. Four months later, she was caught shoplifting $600 worth of items from Target. Now, according to reports, her probation is over! On April 15, 2015, police were called to the Beverly Hills Hotel. They found Kim, 54, who was "displaying symptoms of alcohol intoxication including slurred speech and belligerent insolent behavior, cursing at the officers, and passively [resisting] arrest."

The former RHOBH cast member was charged with three misdemeanors: public intoxication, resisting arrest and battery on a cop. Then, when she shoplifted at Target months later, the crimes were rolled together. She was sentenced to three years probation, 52 weeks of Alcohols Anonymous, and 450 hours of community service.

Now, according to reports, her probation is finally over. Kim is currently appearing on Marriage Bootcamp, but Radaronline.com reported that the relationship that got her on the show is fake!

Yesterday, September 27, Kim reunited with her sisters Kyle Richards and Kathy Hilton to celebrate her birthday. She wrote in part, "I can’t tell you all how much this Birthday ?meant to ME❤️Having both of my sisters ❤️❤️❤️right next me to meant the world ?."

This was an opaque reference to the drama that's been going on between the three. Kim and Kathy were angry about Kyle's television show, American Woman, which was based on their mother's life. Kathy hadn't spoken to Kyle in months. The show was canceled this August. Maybe that's what made the reunion possible.
